Our house consists of 2 parts: the old part and a newer part (of about 1700).
The history comes back in all aspects of the house: the big beams, the old dividing wall between the new and old part, the thick walls and the layout which is more 17th century than 2012.

And that’s exactly the charme! Because living monumentally doesn’t have to be uncomfortable!

Of course there is Central Heating, there are 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets, a modern kitchen with a.：microwave/oven, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. And there’s internet and a TV. Much is placed in oriental cupboards, combined with modern elements.

Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms at your disposal: a masterbedroom with a 2-persons bed, sink and connecting bathroom; and a spacious extra bedroom which also has a sink and 2-persons bed. The house therefore is suitable for a maximum of 4 people.

So whatever the year of construction: everything is ready to let you enjoy the Bourgondian Limburg way of living: but don’t forget to bend for low beams!
